The project’s architecture is strongly influenced by the traditional Istrian building style. The idea is to make the project blend in with the surroundings, but also to ensure that our visitors have an authentic feeling of being in Istria. Everything from architecture to building materials have been chosen specifically for this purpose.
The traditional Istrian building style is stone houses with characteristic stone facades. The stone used in the older buildings usually came from the local area. The buildings often have natural colors (earth tone) that make them blend in naturally in their greenwood surroundings.
Coronavirus has changed the tourism industry in several ways. This is also the case in the hotel industry, where guests now expect a high level of hygiene, but also privacy and distance from other guests. The entire project has been developed with these future measures in mind.
The project is immersed in nature. It lies at the bottom of a mountainside. Along it flows the river Mirna. It is surrounded by lush forests. These qualities attract many tourists from foreign countries as well as Croatia. Istria is the most touristic region in the entire country!
