Hotel
The traditional Istrian architecture on the exterior part of the project will be reflected in the interior design of the hotel. Stone, wood and natural colors (earth tone) will be the central elements in the design.

The hotel has 3 floors with the following facilites:
Lower Ground floor (-1): swimming pool hall, restaurant, kitchen, massage room, changing room, showers, bathrooms, restroom for staff.
Ground floor (0): entrance hall/lobby, reception, rooms, offices, bar, bathroom, outdoor lounge zone.
First floor (+1): rooms, service room.
The hotel complements the larger residential units in the project by offering rooms instead of entire villas, row-houses or apartments. This unique mix of units ensures maximal flexibility in the project’s possibilities of accommodation, and in turn a maximized number of overnight stays.
This particular product-market fit is the result of a thorough analysis of the current and future accommodation demand and capacities in Croatia.
